One of my favorite italian restaurants is located in Reading, Pennsylvania. Sebastiano’s is owned by Sebastiano from Sicily and he makes the best veal parmesan in the world. The restaurant has been in business for over a decade, and now his son is taking over the joint. If you are ever driving across the country…make sure you make a pit stop during your trip to PA.

I like a man in a suit.
I lust watching a man in a suit.
I love a man in an Alfani suit.
There is something oh-so authentic about a man with a suit, tie and old-school shoes. Um…I do get chills just watching a well-dressed man…walk towards me. My gaze goes to his well-toned chest and I get goose-bumps all over my body and my heart goes thumpa thump.
I recently got to experience this thumpa thump at home when Mr. X, adorned in Alfani suit, greeted me at the door and took me out to dinner at my favorite Italian eatery. I could fall in love all over again.

I call it ‘buttery’ because the pork melts in your mouth. Yep, it’s that good!

Pork (pork chops or pork shoulder)
Spaghetti sauce (any kind)

Heat pan
Brown pork
Drench pork with spaghetti sauce

Simmer sauce for 5 hours until pork melts to the touch.

This is one of the easiest and the most delicious ways to cook Japanese curry. You can use any sort of meat. I used chicken breast for dinner.

What to buy…
Chicken Breast
Carrots
Yam
Curry Cubes
Onion
Water
Peanut Oil

I use peanut oil to cook asian food – which works really well with the ingredients…

Stir-fry onion and chicken with a spoonful of peanut oil. Cook until chicken is browned. Add yam and carrot to the mix. Heat for 10 minutes.

Pour hot water (roughly covering all ingredients) and add curry cubes.

Simmer the mix in low heat (with lid) for 20 minutes or until the cube has completely melted.

Serve with white rice.

Simple dinner
Pabst Blue Ribbon, Caprese Salad and Baguette.
Pure heaven.
Mozzarella is one of my favorite cheese and goes well with just about any vegetables.

My friends, Steve & Samantha, prepared a mouth-watering three course meal for us. I told them my budget and asked them to surprise six of my friends—the night was filled with drinks, friends and delicious food.
Appetizer: tomato soup
Main Course: salmon and salad
Dessert: biscotti and ice cream
It was nice not to have to cook for a change and just chill! I could definitely get used to this lifestyle…S & S wore the chef’s uniform minus the traditional hat…cute!
